Everything here is checkable

Quiet Optics builds practice journals for people who want to know whether something is working. Four apps, all on the App Store, all measuring things most apps in their categories prefer to flatter.

The studio in one line

Quiet Optics makes instruments for the mind: journals that score your practice honestly, including the days it says nothing happened.

The four apps

Aperture: Remote Viewing
Blind remote viewing practice with honest scoring. It hides the target, holds your impressions sealed until you're done, then scores what you actually perceived against a fixed vocabulary.
Reticle: Prediction Journal
A prediction journal that checks whether your 80% really means 80%. Calibration, not vibes.
Latent: Manifestation Log
An intention tracker that scores honestly instead of cheerleading. It tells you which of your habits actually go with more wins, and which don't.
Rangefinder: Precognition Log
A precognitive impression journal. Seal a hunch and what would confirm it before the event, then resolve it later against what actually happened.

What makes them different

Apps in these categories almost always flatter the user. A manifestation app celebrates every win and quietly forgets the misses. A prediction app shows you your hits. The result is a record that can only ever agree with you.

These do the opposite. The target is hidden before you start, the impression is sealed before the reveal, the scoring runs against a fixed vocabulary rather than your memory, and the statistics are the real ones. An honest instrument has to be able to tell you nothing is happening, and these will.

What we don't claim

Worth stating plainly, because it tends to be the first question.

Boilerplate

Short Quiet Optics builds practice journals that score honestly, including when the honest answer is that nothing happened.
Long Quiet Optics is a small studio building instruments for the mind: practice journals for remote viewing, prediction, precognition and intention. Each one hides what it needs to hide, seals what you record before you can revise it, and scores the result against a fixed vocabulary rather than your memory of what you meant. Everything runs on device, with no accounts and no analytics. The studio also publishes free tools, including a calculator that tells practitioners whether a run of sessions is beating chance.
